Adrian Pepper - Adrian has spent three decades advising major news organisations, company chief executives and leading global statesmen. He began his career in political research, followed by spells in the City, Whitehall and working alongside PR legend Tim Bell. He has led communications campaigns for local authorities, national governments and religious organisations. Highlights include advising the Catholic Church on the visit of Pope Benedict to the UK, working with Nelson Mandela, and negotiating the release of a British detainee from Gaza.

Jonathan Horsman - Jonathan joined Pepper Media in 2012 after seven years at Project Associates in London where he ran the International Division. In the last few years, he has advised former Presidents of Georgia and Ukraine and Prime Ministers of Thailand and Hungary on their international media and political communications. Jonathan was previously Head of Public Affairs for a FTSE 100 financial services company and worked as an adviser to a UK Treasury minister in the 1990s.

Alex Hagemann - Alex is an Account Manager that has worked on campaigns at national and local government levels. He specialises in tax, infrastructure and energy policy. A dual-national American and South African citizen, he was educated at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, obtaining a Master’s degree in Globalisation & Development.

Sam Chandler - Sam is a strategic communications consultant who joined Pepper Media in 2021. He was educated at the University of York and the University of St Andrews, from which he has a Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Theory. Previously Sam worked for Pall Mall Communications, writing news digests for the company’s clients in the Middle East. While studying, he spent time in Boris Johnson’s parliamentary office.
